What is the shallowest reason you ever had or used to dump a girl / boyfriend?

Hmmm I'd have to admit to dumping someone cause he kept calling me 'meisiekind' and used to listen to only afrikaans singers like 'Poena' and stuff I just aint That proudly South African.

I dumped my last one because she was cheating on me with a 32 year old with kids.... AND I HATE KIDS.

I was recently dumped because the chicky claimed she felt threatened by my ex...

Even though my ex is in ct and im in jhb, we don't talk (and probably wont ever again)

I told her that I thought it was a complete load of BS then walked out the restaurant with out paying for supper.

Fishy the living in separate countries point is a very valid one in my opinion.

I dumped someone cause I called him whilst he was in London to hear a female voice going "<insert name here> your bath water is ready". I only went and excused myself from the coversation.

This lady does NOT share.







Rurounkenshin, I'm not saying it was the case But perhaps the new lady just failed to articulate her fears properly - maybe she felt unable to 'compete' with your ex as you had over a period of time only been telling her wonderfully amazing things about 'the ex' that left her feeling inadequate (even though that wasn't your intent)?

Or perhaps your friends or family were doing the above?

Or maybe you showed her pictures of the pretty ex or even the two of you together and the new lady felt a bit jealous and not 'as pretty'? (*big tip* NEVER show pictures of yourself and 'the ex' to a new partner- woman are just sensitive that way)

OR maybe she thought that the reason you guys split up over wasn't all that serious and knowing how in love you and your ex were she reckoned that it could very easily be patched up given a time lapse.

If You feel the two of you had a rather good thing going - go on, give her a call!

At least ask her if any of the above apply and if so talk about it?

Funny this is I never mentioed my ex until she asked about my previous gf's.

I told her that there was only 1 really serious one in the recent past.
(8 years is serious right?)

I think this chicky was looking for a reason to end things and she didn't have the guts to come out to my face and say it.

I dumped my last girlfriend for being an idiot, does that count? I mean literally stupid... Used to piss me off so much. If I screwed up, and she got angry with me for some or other reason, I was able t bullshit my way out of it withought even trying.

Im now with an amazing girl who is intelligent, no chance I can bullshit anything here, and strangely, I prefer it.
