Mrhahah, my body is 15 years old. That is so kewl.
I'm sure we all know what it means if your body is older than your age, and how you should change your lifestyle to correct this. If you body's the same age as you, it's recommended that you beware of the nasty habits that could age your body. If your body's younger than your real age, like me, make sure to balance exercise with a reasonable diet. And, make sure you don't crash-diet which contributes to premature wrinkling and can starve the hair of essential nutrients, causing dandruff, dullness and even hair loss.
