Yes and if toasted leaves I will no longer occupy my time with weird female topics and will be forced to open the cellar door and openly molest people outside of my virtual reality....I dont even know where I left the keys to the chainsaw.

As for the female clothing...hey what we men do to get the morning paper is should not be frowned upon. If our clothes are nowhere to be found we will don Stillettos, fishnets and a nice peach apron to get our morning paper. That is our dedication.

gvdwest, the question was weather we want her to continue running it , not wether we like it or not. I am not particularly fond of it either but I do want her to continue running it, regardless of wether I have a vested interest in its success or not.

If you don't like the Ladies section, then don't read it. I think toasted should continue to run it, and those that don't like it should just not read the stuff in that section.

I am not mad about this section either, but thats besides the point. No section must ever be shutdown as the result of non-use, I don't think it's good for the forum asa whole.

I am nt going to sing toasted's praise, I will however say that she is ideally suited to this section. She has a passion for the topics discussed and is pretty clued up too.

I don't think she even has tp be around here anyway. Toasted has put enough time and effort into the section: it has taken on a life of it's own.

these forums are 100% voluntary. most of us have other lives to go to and do this in our spare time. so we are not holding anyone who does contribute down to do so for an indefinate period of time.

so, basically, if anyone be it moderator or member, no longer wants to contribute then it's just a case of stopping.

obviously it's better if someone who has been given responsibility to let the admin team and the community know so that a replacement can be made.

basically, it's upto the person on whether they stay or not.

Because of what has happened in previous topics where she is attacked for posting gossip. (not pointing fingers at anyone).

But, she has seen that it is appreciated and even though there are the negative comments, she does enjoy it and will carry on spilling the beans on gossip topics. those of you who voted no, if you don't want to see the topics, lemme know and i can hide the forum from you.

secondly for a mod to decide to quit it is rightfully so to notify everyone first hand.

For those who voted no then you should be asking yourself why are you reading this section then? go post your comments somewhere else, there's the net, gaming, tech, code sections why come and biach about a section you don't enjoy?

I think there's a deeper reason... maybe that person didn't give you a good blow over the head the last time you met or something.

So if you have a problem with that post leave it alone or go to the fight club.

Well now that DocterMoo and I aren't living together, there's no moocam of us together anymore. And I can't really use a webcam seeing as we have 56k but are dialling up on 26.4k. I seriously need to phone Telkom tomorrow to get them to fix the line.
