I found after following a strict calorie diet, it's not really the recommended way to go. You can eat junk, as long as it's within the calorie amount you're allowed. In my opinion, that's not a very healthy or clever way to eat. But perhaps making sure you don't go over your recommended amount, by eating healthily, that's a much better idea.
I've lost four and a half kilo's so far after cutting out sugar and carbs. I'm going to start at the gym down the road as well, and hopefully go all the way.
