OK so I'm a mens health reader, and in this months issue they have an interesting article on threesome's..
QUOTE(Mens Health: August Edition)
When 2 goes into 3 You've read the hype, now learn the truth. We ask some threesome veterans to tell it like it is: How thex got two others into bed, the lngistics of keephng everyone happy and dealing whth the emotional aftermath.
Its a very interesthng subject, and everyone seems do have there own views on it. If you havent read this article I suggest u go out and but it this month. Personally, if I had to do it, it would be because 2 other girls wanna do it. Now I know some ppl `re thinkin' SICK, but hey, all men wanna try it, its something that's on our list, and Im sure it's on some girls list's too...
Whats your view?

Yes, most men are only two girls short of a threesome

The only way this works is if you're not involved with anyone and have two girl friends who swing both ways. Any substitute to this rule and you either have a) a girlfriend who swears she's alright with the idea even though 2 months down the line she breaks down and says you gave too much attention to the other girl or b) there's another bloke involved and in that case, stop reading Men's Health and get the hell out the room

I honestly don't think there's anything particularly wrong with it.
If I wasn't the jealous type, I would go along with it, especially if a boyfriend asked me to - if it was something he really wanted. Obviously, you wanna please your boyfriend.
At the same time, your relationship has to be very strong for this sort of thing: just as it has to be for swinging etc.

That would most probably be me right now. If I was able to work past that, had a strong relationship, and had a boyfriend that wanted to do it, then I don't really see why not.

I think that if you are in a committed relationship, neither partner should:
a) want this b) expect the other to go along with it c) feel that the benefit gained from 1 night of passion is worth the threat to the relationship and months of possible emotional hardships as a result.

I Completely agree StanDarsh.
A fantasy is called a fantasy cause it should Always stay Only that - a place where you go 'in your mind'. The lines of 'sexual acceptability' have been blurred so much that people find themselves going to the next and next extreme in order to find pleasure - I find that a bit sad - If you are in a loving relationship surely enthusiasm and effort from both people would mean that you wouldn't have to go involve anyone else in your love life?
If you are single on the other hand and all parties involved are consenting adults And you are 100% sure that it is something You want to do then by all means...
I'd never do anything even remotely like that just to please my partner !Ever!

Threesomes should be shallow and meaningless, thus if you are in a relationship considering a threesome you should really have a good hard look at your relationship's future.

IMHO I wouldn't think of it... having 2 girls 1 guy? damn that sounds nice and all but I wouldn't dream of having 2 guy and 1 girl so why put the partner thru the whole deal?

I'd not go as far as saying its 'sick' but I have met females who after having felt like they 'had' to do it in order to keep their partners happy went ahead with it only to feel rotten about it afterwards. Or even ones that didn't really have a choice I fail to completely grasp that idea myself cause to me that would be nothing short of rape but anyway...
There might even be men out there that have gone through something similar although again we have to agree that sex from the male and femal perspective is waaay different.
What does intrigue me is that 99% of the time guys will say "Yeah I'll do it BUT ONLY with two females" - tad unfair then to expect the parther to oblige don't you think?
If women feel loved they crave sex as much as any man, if men feel desired and wanted they become more affectionate etc.

This is what makes me laugh the most out of this situation - when a guy wants a threesome it's always two girls. What hypocrites, cos as soon as you mention "I want another man", all of a sudden they're like .
But yar, I don't see how any relationship should go through that, knowing the risk, and also: what need is there for it?

Meh, I just think the intimacy would be severely lacking. I don't think that a threesome is all that great, i'd rather just have one girl I loved and cared for.

I think that is just asking for trouble. A relationship is meant tp be shared between two people any more and you are asking for trouble. At the time you or your girlfriend may be cool with it but than a moments thought about whether he is she is thinking bout you or the other person or you thinking about the other person and you already are putting your relationship in dangerous territory.
I am goign to have to go with Standarsh.
As for pressuring or expecting your partner to go with it if he or she isnt comfortable doesnt show to much respect for them on your part.

Do you guys think a single person that does something like that is more likely to cheat in a relationship? If say you did it, does it indicate that you will cheat in a future relationship or not.

All I'll say is that if I had to find out that a 'potential' partner had indulged in such things it would make me think twice about getting involved with them on the whole.
I think that all pretty much depends on your views and feelings on the entire subject though.

Let us think quickly... A man would be very reluctant to stick his up another mans unless he was gay. So if you want a 3some with 2 men, then find 2 gays. A woman doesn't really have a problem (from what I understand) giving another woman pleasure...

If both partners completely agree and are comfortable with having a threesome, then its fine.. i personally dont think that any relationship can survive a threesome.. there will always be issues....
First off....
i dont know why though some men find having a threesome with two girls a fantasy but with two men and a girl.. they find that sick...
cyfer, u said "A man would be very reluctant to stick his up another mans unless he was gay. So if you want a 3some with 2 men, then find 2 gays"
now let's reverse that situation, look at it from a female perspective and replace some words...
some women find having a threesome with two men a fantasy but with two women and a guy... they find that sick
A woman would be very reluctant to stick her finger up another woman unless she was gay. So if you want a 3some with 2 women, then find 2 gays!
and i agree, when a woman feels loved she craves sex with her partner.... i for one feel very loved... he he

All nicely said Badavis.
But now just admit that 'most' men have double standards when it comes to this issue?
If you as a male expect your partner to indulge in this, and she agrees to do so with another female then You at your turn have to be willing to comply when she request another male to be present.
else I hope she you !

Maybe one day it will happen, they can give each other aids I dont care.
I have to agree with you though, if you wanted your chick to do a threesome then expect to have it turned on you and you will be left in a very insecure relationship!!!
If it's two chicks you pick up at a club for a wham bam thank you mam then it's different. Just hope that it doesn't turn into a wham bam thankyou MAN!!! cross dresser

Now I am not saying that all woman are like this, and what you say Treshi is quite true. I was just trying to say that in general (from my understanding) is that woman don't have a big problem with having a 3some with another woman. In any case I could be way off on this, specially since I have not explored this.

Yea Mens Health does stipulate you must be willing to have ur girlfriend sleep with another man (but I think that's just hypothetically speaking) in order to have all partys happy about 3some's.
I might agree with it, but I wouldnt do it coz I never want to ever ever never see another mans dingleberries Besides womens bodys are sexier
Also, most 3somes are said to be better when 2 women like each other aswell.. Actually. That gets me thinking, how many of u girls have kissed another girl? (Im just wondering )
