Have any of u ever had to make a decision to cut someone out of your life because the demands that both parties make on the 'friendship' are completely different? I did that.

Do women cut guys out more easily than guys cut out girls?

I've never had to do that and I'm so grateful that I haven't needed to.

Of course, you have to cut down the time with your friends when you're in a relationship. With me, although at times I'd get a complaint or two, I made sure I made it up to my friends. It's all about making enough time for each person.

Some of my friends are comletely different regarding their "demands" as you put it, but I've never cut someone out of my life completely just because of this. It's also all about compromise.

I don't know if women cut guys out more easily than guys cut out girls. Surely it's the same for everyone?

dr_zhivago I think everyone of us will have to do that during some time of our lives. If you don't you're either Very lucky or growth stunted

I mean we are all constantly changing and whether we like it or not some of these changes might not be 'agreeable' to some of our friends - how do you Today compare to the person you were in High School?

I had a friendship/relationship with this stunning lady and I thought she knew what I was willing to give. She wanted to move to second base and was not prepared to wait for me to get my house in order...

I wanted my divorce to be over before I jump into another bed... She couldnt understand that I wanted to keep promise. I promised that as long as I was married I will never cheat or be with a nother woman!!!

Same thing happened to me although in reality while we were together and married the ........... was in someone else's bed. The day she left my life although in theory a piece of paper needed to be drawn up and lawyers needed to be paid, the day she left was the day she ended our marriage.

I didn't need some lawyer to tell me because in my heart I knew we would never get back no matter how hard I tried.

Im 32. The difference is that I was waiting for that peace of paper, although I knew that reconsiliation was impossible...

a good friend of mine is currently with a dickhead, he cheated on her, treated her like shit, ignore her and when they go out with friends he would never respect her friends, he would never spent time with her when they go out with his friends, she finally got the message and broke it off but what happened after 2 months... she's back with him...

I haven't really had to cut a person out as such, but my ex-girlfriend is looking like she wants me back, but because I know its just a mood Im not going back. I swear I never realized how much I was wrapped around her finger until now, but now I see it, and she tried to just use me a little more last week, luckily I spotted her, told her to jump in the bay, and had her calling me on the weekend saying sorry etc...
