There are three main movies that are getting a lot of coverage at the moment. Keep your eyes open for them. They are:

Fantastic Four – The tale of a quartet of scientists who’s DNA mutates after a space mission exposes them to a cosmic storm. It is starring Ioan Gruffudd (as Reed Richards), and his siblings Susan (Jessica Alba) and Johnny Storm (Chris Evans). Their nemesis is their billionaire boss Victor Von Doom (Nip/Tuck’s Julian McMahon). Obviously, this is a very predictable movie, so I doubt I will be going to see it. It’s just not my kind of thing.

Kicking and Screaming – I don’t care what this movie is about; I’ll be going to see it just because Will Ferrell is in it. He is definitely one of my favourite actors. Nevertheless, the plot regards Ferrell playing a loveable dork Phil who agrees to coach his son’s useless soccer team so they can beat their rivals. Once again, I’m sure it’ll be predictable, but I will definitely be going to see it.

Dark Water – Oh mah gawd. How can I not go to see this?? It looks so freaking scary, I’m already biting my nails. Starring Jennifer Connelly, John C Reilly and Dougray Scott, Dark Water tells the story of a woman estranged from her husband and facing a bitter custody battle, who moves into a rundown apartment block in New York. Unfortunately, the landlord forgot to mention the rising damp, the busted-ass lift and the ghost who lives upstairs… (Only Con so far? It’s based on a Japanese original, and I reckon the remakes don’t quite deliver.

Dark Water sound very interesting. I will keep an eye out for it.

From what I've heard so, it is apparently really crap. They've had a couple of bad reviews etc, but I'll let you know as it progresses.

Maybe I give it a miss then... depending on what other movies are out. R14 is not that bad to watch rubbish. cheaper than getting it out on DVD ermm.gif eek.gif

Gitano, I reckon I'll go watch it - I love scary movies, and although it might be a disappointment, I reckon I should try in case.

The trailer looked really scary and good, so I'll have to decide for myself.

Watched Fantastic four the other night.

I thought it was brilliant!
Ok, I suppose you have to be in to that sort of movie, but I realy liked it.

If you liked spiderman, go see it!
If you didnt like the HULK, Edit: what am I saying? NO-ONE liked the hulk tongue.gif

My pick from those three movies would be Dark Water and that is just based upon the fact that John C. Reilly is in it!

Fantastic Four I will not even consider, maybe if I run out of movies to watch when I go rent one (I mean I even watched Elektra).

Kicking & Screaming I would also watch (probably also rent) cos of Will Ferrell.
