I have found a one irratating problem! Members that have posted links in their posts that link to Net-Forums, eg. links to the gallery or their blogs still link to Net-Forums and then redirect you to www.vault9.com.

I know there is no other way around this execpt manually editing all posts.

Also cross site logging in, its really gay, cant u haxxor cookies or something?

found another one. One all of the *.v9.net except chill.v9.net there is a My Blog link when a user logs in, its next to My Controls. when you click it the link returns u to the front page of the forum. Perhaps just remove the link except on chill?

Just a quick query. Is it not possible to view all new posts in all the sections. I have to enter each section, log on and view new posts. That takes a while when doing it in all.

we could make it so you are logged into every site, but then your cookie wouldn't correctly remember which posts are read etc

where is the tut section?

ok i have found 2 issues.

1. I was able to make new topics in the news sections without having to wait for the topic to be verified (one of the benefits of being elite ) now i cant, it has to be verified before being displayed. k whoops forgot to add this occured in the gaming vault, not sue about the other news topics. ill post it in gaming vault as well, sorry

2. i tried to post under "the most important and heated debate" topic in fight club. i have no access to the "quick reply" option and it tells me i do not have permission to reply to that topic. please fix so i can respond before the ninjas win.

what is wrong with arcade, i can't play any games, it says: "playing disabled for this group"?

it does recognise me though...

Also, when i go into a thread, exit and go into the thread again, i have to refresh the page...

(i know it's because i press back and refresh "VIEW NEW" and then go back into the thread, and it doesn't reload the page)

that is because html is turned off in signatures, they need to be converted to BB code

yar, i seen that too, i will have to look at re-doing the fred signatures, but that obviously falls away for the time being as we try and get the bigger issues out the way.

When viewing a Forum, the number of "Views" and number of "Replies" Columns don't seem to update unless i *manually* click on the 'Refresh' button of my Browser. The exact same seems to be true for Forums marked as having New Posts and No New Posts (Post Marker).

I'm using Opera 8

Also applies to "Last Post By: <username>" thingie, and whether or not a specific Thread contains new replies or not.

this is because the page is cached and refreshing forces the upto date version to be delivered to your browser ':D

It's not supposed to be caching, though.

Senior is just to recognise contribution to the site via posts. Directly related to how many posts you have made...

I know this might only be a small issue, but it's really starting to grate me (I dunno if anyone else feels the same way):

The Google ads are just annoying the hell out of me. They're in a really weird position (it gives the appearance of splitting up the page) It's just too in between everything, and it gets in the way. I have no problem with the ads themselves, just the position of them.

I know this is really picky, but just out of interest, can't you move them somewhere else? I've asked DocterMoo, but I think he's too busy doing other stuff for V9 - SO CAN SOMEBODY ELSE PLEASE HELP ME!?!?

Or mebbe otherwise, someone must teach me not to be too picky. Is this annoying anyone else?

Its not so much as being made a mod, just wanted to know what was happening with regards to ians pm. If there is a need for a global mod or if you are in need of help than sorted. Else if not than tis cool, least I know what is happening
