Dont let the prices fool you, Never ever ever buy anything at this place. The owner knows nothing about customer service, warrantys or computers for that matter.

My dad bought a 80gb Samsung hdd there but they gave it to him unseald with no anti-static paper just a plastic cover. I then noticed one of the pins looked kinda burnt. Needless to say It didnt work, when we took it back that same day, one of the sales staff was whispering to us that he cant give the money back and thats last one so the boss wouldnt here what he is saying.

So basicly they just gave us a peice of shit that was lying around there.

Then the boss (some pakistani bra in a suit) told us "no refund, no refund pay more if u want bigger". Whateva that means.

One of the other customers also complaind there PSU blew that they onley had a week or to. The boss told the sales staff "He can get knew thing, what is that thing, u must give him not for free, he must pay not for free"

This people really dont know what they doing, they deal like they are selling made in china toys and fake sunglasses.

There a new company in cape town selling hardware at low retail prices they have low prices but its just a warning not buy there. They have a full page ad in the cape ads.
