The board has neoprene on the bottom. Doesn't affect the board in any way, it just doesn't look very nice. You can get it off though.

CPU does 2.2ghz @ 1.7v .. haven't really tried to get it any higher. The board is voltmodded for your convenience. Doesn't include HSF.
