Hallo Guys,
I have my Vapochill PE phase-change system up for sale.

Here is all the Technical Specs. Mine is the 160W unit.

It is in a mint condition, 100%...LordRage/Naughty etc. can be contacted to give an unbiased opinion. The case is the Titanium unit, virtually brandnew, no marks, scratches etc. No modding performed whatsoever. 160W capacity. Comes with a P4 cooling head, Arthur over at Synapsys stock Amd and universal heads.

It includes everything as purchased, incl case, heaterpads, chillcontrol rev2, 160W cooling unit, Titanium case, manual etc.

Asking price is R3950-.

This unit has run maybe a max of 2 months in total. They are build to last 15 years or so.

Virtually brandnew...now scratches, no mods, nothing.

Well let things settle a little, let the main guys sort the benchies out....hehe....then we will hit them with power. Intel Power......hehe.....

Seems that there are interesting times ahead, Hooligan/Solo/Flytek/Enigma and all other contestants......but, I guess without LN2 I won't be a factor anymore..... ermm.gif But, let's see what the future holds.

nah, i'm out of the benching race for a while, cant afford it anymore, besides, it will be nice to sit back and enjoy the machine in its WHOLE state for a change smile.gif

Yeah, that is quite unfortunate. I would have to await the arrival of the new LGA775 kits from Asetek anyway, but I think they have been released already. Need to visit Arthur's website smile.gif

I have to agree with an earlier statement you made, that the P4 is just that much more predictable when overclocking, uncomplicated, and dare I say it, a lot more stable. Less finicky anyway.

But, maybe because of my experience o/clocking these cpu's. So, I guess for my benching/overclocking endeavours I will stick with Intel, until the memorycontroller and niggly chipset issues with A64 have been resolved.

It is not really at all stable, even day-day speeds in certain configurations, like trying to run 2 harddrives from the ondie Sata controller. Formatting the 2nd drive always cause the OS to hang.

Nice cpu, but immature in my opinion.

Now I know why I have stuck it out with Intel so long smile.gif

Sorry guys, I am trying to like this cpu, but having some difficulty...hehe.

But will keep you guys posted.
