How the hell does the math one work?

Take 1000 and add 40 to it. Now add another 1000. Now add 30. Add another 1000. Now add 20. Now add another 1000. Now add 10. What is the total?

1000+40 = 1040
1040+1000= 2040
2040+30= 2070
2070+1000=3070
2070+20= 3090
3090+1000= 4090
4090+10= 4100

Your brain (u) gets a bit confuzzled when adding the 10, it adds the carry as 1000 instead of 100.

they confuse you with hundrend and thousands. you change the wrong thing or something

Check you explanation, you did it wrong. 3090+10=3100. You left out step four, where you add another 1000 after you have added 30 and before you add 20.

I got them all right, cept I have to argue with overtaking the last guy, if you overtake the last person in a race, like for instance F1 you could be in any position, just overtaking a back marker.
