What the fuck? Whats the joke?

purEvil: You take a screenshot of a windows desktop, the set that screenie as the desktop wallpaper. Then you remove/move/hide the icons from the desktop. When the person tries to actually use their desktop icons, they 'mysteriously' don't work...
