Any idea if that 64MB SODIMM will work in a Dell Latitude C600 (P3-800mhz)? Is it SDRAM?

How trustworthy is DELL Laptops?

DELL imo is a dependable brand, not the best, but certainly not an el cheapo type brand.

Anyways, just an update. The Compaq is SOLD
