Here we go guys, first bunch of songs up for tabbing.

Get your guitars out and get working, we want these tabs!

so we are tabbing Seether - Broken (The Amy Lee version)

Post your tabs in here, if you dont agree with what someone has already posted, just post a revision. Dont be scared, we all make mistakes, and if you mess up, its no biggie. We dont want any big deal - "I'm the elite guitar hax0r m4n" attitudes please.

hey people. i know how this song is played, a friend learned [edit: sorry i mean "taught"! - thanks w2dmb] me. can i still post the tabe even though im not the tabber?
Gitano
Sure.
And pietertjie, sorry, but dont you mean that your friend "taught" you to play it?

Want a hand Writing out the tab?

okay here is the part i know:

Tune down a half step, but standard tuning also sounds good. This parts is only for the verses

Riff 1
2-3------3--3------3---------------
----0-------3----3---3-----3-------
------0-----0--0---------0--------- Play this
-----------------------0----------- Part 3
----------------------------------- times
-----------------------------------

Riff 2
0-2-----3-2------------------------ then the whole riff 2
----3-------2----------------------
------2----------------------------
-----------------------------------
-----------------------------------
-----------------------------------

Riff 2 continued
0-2-----3-2------------------------
----3-------2-0-------------------- and then again riff one
------2----------------------------
-----------------------------------
-----------------------------------
-----------------------------------

the timing might not be right, also i think there might be a few corrections to be made, so plz do.

here is a .txt file of the tab

Ok, I've improvised the intro from the original version:

E|--2h3--------3--3--------3--------------|
B|-------0--------3------1----1-----------|
G|----------0---------0----------0-----0--| x3
D|--2-------------------------------0-----|
A|----------------3-----------------------|
E|----------------------------------------|

E|--0h2-------3p2-----0h2-----------3p2--------|
B|------3----------3-------3-----3-------3-----|
G|---------2------------------2-------------2--| x1
D|--0------------------------------------------|
A|---------------------------------------------|
E|---------------------------------------------|

that thing i posted was like a simplified version, and you dont have to use ur fingers. very easy

hi
i know you guys are busy, but do you plan on adding the chorus at any stage ?
cheers
RustPuppet
I've got most of the song done already, but I'm waiting to finish all the bits and pieces, little riffs here and there, etc. If you absolutely can't wait I'll put the chorus up later today or tomorrow. No contributions from you, blood105? :/

I think the aim is to try to get an acccurate version of the tab. One good lesson I can tell you right now is not to simplify things just so you can play them asap; you won't get any better that way. Take the intro to this song as your first challenge, and practice it for a while. Don't worry, you'll get it eventually!
Gitano
I think that this tab seems pretty much done?
Do you concur guys?
