Reason for Selling = Upgrading
Everything about a year old.

Thanks a lot PsyX. It works great. I just have one question. Did you have any problems with the back audio connectors?

I only ever used the SPDIF connector with my Creative DTT2500 speakers. Never the plain ones. is there a prob?

It is just that when I plug in my speakers at the back nothing comes out. My case has front speaker plugs that I connected to the mb header, and they work. I just wanted to know if you had such problems. I'll go plug out the front plugs and see if it makes a difference. Thanks

That's likely to be the problem. Some motherboards can detect whether the front audio connectors are in use or not but most don't.

often there is a set of jumpers to set which ports the audio comes out. read the manual

I did read it, didn't see anything mentioning that though. But I'll go check again and play around a bit tonight.
Thanks flytek and h00liGan

I've noticed in the abit mobo's if you connect the front audio connectors the back ones tend to get disabled...

So do you know how to get both to work Fishfly?

OK, so I got the rear jack working. On the header where you plug in the front cables you must insert two jumpers on the front left and front right pins. I marked it on the attached picture. But the problem is that, as far as I can see, without those pins the front header wont work.
So am I stuck with working on either the front or the rear, or is there a way that I can have both?
