so like, the last durban meet was a roaring success, with all of 6 people pitching up. lets try to beat that record, difficult as it seems.

in fact its a great pleasure to meet the guys from durbs and also elsewhere - since ive met drevil and snarf and vega amongst others from the guys who arent based in durbs - so i agree with beuges - lets set a date im sure lordrage and MrBean are up for it too - as would Satan and aman so anyone got a suggestion for a place

i reckon gateway or pavillion would be fine since everyone should know where those are and if anyone needs to be picked up in and around durban i can work a plan too

What sort of thing happens at such a meet?

If it's outdoors, like braai or sumthing, i stay down south, Just otherside Toti and there's this little spot next to some little lagoon/river thingy. Perfect for a braai/picknic/party whatever.

Or else get together at Pavilion and gang up against the staff at Incredible Corruption. And afterwards, go frag each other into oblivion at Unreal Internet Café.

Date... Difficult to say. I work shifts but if i'm available, i'd like to be there.

well the guys just get together and meetup and talk shop - and have a few drinks and some chow if anyone can handle eating with their drinks LOL - a braai would normally be a great idea - but that would mean some organisation and im not sure anybody wants to do work over the meet

gaming after the meet is fine too - if anyone can shoot straight or even handle a mouse after a few drinks LOL - last time i had loads of strawberry juice though.........mind you it was great stuff

but the meet could take anyform whatsoever since the idea is to meet people and have fun so check up your shifts and suggest a date and then everyone else can see how they are shaping up for that day

next weekend sounds cool.... my one week of call at work will be over by then

well it landed up being Mrbean , beuges and myself at MUGG & BEAN and well this time they didnt have any strawberry juice

Hey Guys. My most humble apologies for not attending! I had to shoot off down the coast to the inlaws and didn't get back in time!! Was wondering though for next time (Will definately make it!) how would we identify each other?

well we can sort it out thatr we create a list of names and phone numbers all sent via private message to one person (i suggest beuges) and from there we can arrange with each other over the phone which would be far more effecient a way to arrange this

as for recognising - when we decide when to do it and where then we could leave a message at the front door of the place and people can be directed to where everyone else is - so you just come there and ask for the other martians (aka :fellow spaced out folk) LOL

I'll be the one with a PC in my buttonhole
