seeing Cyberdynes price of R1500 makes me think that offering below R1300 would be reasonable.

Already got one, but I'd encourage anyone looking for an A64 to go for this CPU. It's decently priced and it's performance is astounding. You'll enjoy every minute of it.

mmm whats the stock speed on it? What have you prime95 stable overclocked it to (how many hours did prime run)? At what voltage?

mmm i am an AMD n00b, how does a +3200 stock compare to a Intel what would be the equivalent?

Stock speed is 2.2Mhz,not overclocked due to mobo issues.......Abit Kv8 Pro is a bit of a dog until they release a new bios sometime soon

How does it compare to a P4 ?.......well i had a P4 3.2 and to be honest i prefer the A64 for games.To get benchmarks with exact stats you'll have to ask around.......

what was the problem with the bios? How much you wanting for it?

mmm so now to look at a motherboard... Ravilj's cogs are turning.

Well it's got a bit of a prob with bh-5 mem....the vdimm max is 2.80v,with me it's a mem issue.Read up Flytek's post in here with the same board.

At the mo i'm running a 3400+ and a second KV8 Pro,just waiting for my Kingmax Hardcore to arrive....then i can oc my little heart out.

I'll flog both mobo and cpu for R2300...both a week and a half with all the warranty's etc..

its has 512 Cache? Looking at some reviews and such its listed as 1024Kb.

It's the new Newcastle core 512k and they bumped up the speed by 200mhz to 2.2......used to be 2.0Mhz 1mb cache

They just cut the cache and upped the speed

R1300 for CPU?
