Greedy, overpriced, lazy and liars too, lie all the ****ing time. It's the customers that suffer though.Unnecessary corporate greed, also crushes the economy. Someone needs to teach them a lesson.
But they have a great marketing department .

whats your experience with them ? any problems i've ever had were sorted out in 15 minutes sure, they charge more than most other isp's, but you do get what you pay for.

mweb is south africa's version of aol
Their dial up infrastructure is so contended and so friggin slow, its easier and faster to jump onto a plane, fly overseas, burn a cd , then fly back home than to doanload anything

Problem is their staff have no problem covering up major issues. Earlier this year there was a problem with their mail severs intermittently failing. Entry level and so called 'advanced' support staff pretended to know nothing about the mail problem. Meanwhile management had been aware of the problem for for than a week.
They had three managers call me - all trying to suck-up with excuses for their incompetency.
Have not had any issues since then.
