Hi guys i just want to bitch and moan about a few companys in south africa.
First of all com x
They flippin dont have stock on anything that they say they have in there pricelist
Like i placed a order for 50 cm rounded ide cables and some other stuff and they dont have anything.
They also say they will reply back within 12 working hours.
Well its more like a week.
Second of all the suppliers i dont know who they are but they are shit.
They can only bring in a few stuff from other countries.
Why cant they bring in any powmax cases or other stuff and they are always saying they are getting the stuff in a week but its more like a month and they are always out of stock. I even wounder if they even get stock.
Theres plenty more but thats enough for now.

One more company Telkom. They toke 3 months to install my isdn but i wont explain the story its way to long.
They are just 100% shit, lazy, crap, bad, and idiots.
I want to them.

you're right, the suppliers and the retailers are all shit.
you're stuck in africa, there's no competition, there's no market.
because of this, service, product range and availability and pricing is pathetic.

It's called the "3rd world" deal with it.

it's amazing we can get hold of anything. considering which we're actually pretty lucky. imagine you lived in zim.

SA is bad with sourcing of products. Im in Nigeria at the moment and they have a better supply line then we do in SA, and Nigeria is really 3rd world! You can get almost anything here. You walk into"supermarkets" and they have a better vereity than Incredible Corruption!!? Ive seen arb things here that I havnt even seen in SA!

The thing is they realise that IT is power and thats why they have good internet connection options, they have a whole range of networks and ISP's offering WiFi 24/7 internet at good prices. Its increadible how a corrupt goverment realise the power of IT and our idiot panel in SA still allow a Telkom monopoly!! Where is the good in thet? They want to biuld a better South Africa but wont allow competition, how is a company driven for profit supposed to be motivates to improve?
