My brother introduced me to these, I was sceptical at first, but having tried one, I can attest that it's amazing.
You need
Two slices of bread (white or wholewheat, doesn't matter), Some butter/marge or oil SMOOTH Peanut butter Some lean bacon Some freshly chopped parseley (optional);
Really simple - Get a pan smoky hot, and fry the bacon to be CRISPY in the butter or oil. This is very important that it's crispy. When the bacon is done, remove and drain. Fry the two slices of bread so that they just become brown. If you want the brown to be nice and even, you can lightly butter the bread beforehand.
When the bread is done, generously spread some of that black cat goodness on both, put the bacon on, put the parseley on top, cover with the second slice, and enjoy hot!
YUM!

I prefer toasted chicken mayo with crispy bacon. Works a charm.

Give it a try, you'll like it. However, I must admit the p/butter will make it horrible if you are one of the many people who don't like it.

If you want the brown to be nice and even, you can lightly butter the bread beforehand.
For best results, use a non-stick pan that has not been oiled. Butter the bread evenly and liberally and then fry.
You might alo want to try this avo instead of the peanut butter - wonderful mix.
