Now what more could you ask for? Plenty of carbos for a growing student/beer-belly in this. Hmm, I suppose if you put enough Guiness in it you could use it for your sarmies at school or something; would make classes bearable, lol.

Ingredients:

4 cups flour (self-raising)
1 teaspoon salt
¼ cup sugar
12 oz. Guinness stout (i.e. 1 can)
2 eggs (slightly beaten)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Sift together flour, salt and sugar.
3. Add Guinness and eggs; stir just until blended.
4. Pour into greased loaf pan (any pan around the size of a loaf will do).
5. Bake for approximately 70 minutes.
6. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.

Yeah, and the bread looks just like normal bread. Tastes of Guiness though, hehe.
