I do not think you should take that kinda crap from them. You are the customer and they should not give you shit especially the rudeness the MD showed. Now if I were you I would write a letter (not e-mail) telling them about how disgusted you are and that you intend to take this to the media if your problem is not resolved.

Had to Edit this post as i have got hold of the manufacturer of the itme i neec to RMA in Thailand and they said they will sort it out,so ill let you know what happens
