So, which music videos stand out from the rest out there in your opinion?
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Californication - Otherside - The Zephyr Song (the song alone is soothing, but the video just reinforces the idea )
Eminem - Stan (like the darkness of it) - The Way I am
Pearl Jam - Do The Evolution (the weird factor does it for me )
Michal Jackson - Black Or White (he may be a sick fuck, but the changing faces were the talk of the town back in the day - quite an innovative idea)
More to come later methinks...

People these videos are all good and fun but ... if you looking for videos that are sometimes a little bit more than just a band playing and a little background story maybe you should watch videos like
Tool - Stinkfist - Sober
A Perfect Circle - Weak and Powerless
and know lots of others but it will take a while to put them all down so ill leave it at that for now.
Im not saying ALL the vids are bad but most of them are very simplistic and some of them less than that... but then again if your looking for entertainment value only then they are decent choices.

Any video by the Smashing Pumpkins is cool. Get the DVD, well worth it. I am not sure which song it is, but the video was made entirely with still camera shots using a wide format Nikon on a motor-drive. Beautiful vid. Nice effect.
