I just wanted to share with PlanetMars the awesome date I had last night. It was everything I wanted it to be. From the second I walked in the door, sparks flew and the chemistry was there. We had a cuppacino and started talking about a 1000 topics. This girl is beautiful, intelligent;3rd year in some Graphic Design course. she has her own flat and the place is out of this world.

I just want to say that it pays to wait for the right girl. This girl is a keeper and I have her all for myself.

You will not believe this! I asked her if can come over friday night, and I get an SMS back saying, and I quote, in afrikaans

"wil nie he jy moet te veel van my hou nie blief, ek wil nie meer he as net lekker-kuier-vrienskap nie.Wil net he jy moet weet hoe ek voel."

I am telling you, I am not blind. I can tell if someone is interested in me. I think this girl is messing with me. All I want to say :WTF!

This is a big dissapointment.

Well I'm sorry to hear that but when you said it was your first date and I though you were jumping the gun already. Believe you me you get girls who seem to be very outgoing and can send you the wrong signals. It's not a bad thing, just part of their personality. See how she is with other guys as well. If you think she is messing with you then get out now before you really get hurt.

Yep, if i had found the right girl i wouldn't be on here jinxing the relationship. Its only gonna hurt more when thing go pear. Do you live in a flat or with your parents still?

I have pondered about the situation for a while. I think her mother has a finger in the pie. Alot of the times she would say things about her parents. I think she is still very dependant on what her mother says. I think, she told her mother that she met a great guy and had a great time, but because she is still studying, I think her mother told her to stay away from guys for now. This I can understand, and I respect that. I don't think I have the hole story. Something smells fishy to me. I will try and find out a bit more.

Have you considered that she might have had a very bad relationship just prior to your date?
