That is true to people living in "white" areas, but not the rest.

Haha. Ok, Ben, point taken, but naturally I did not mean to offend.
It's just that in the Coloured/Black/Indian communities, people tend to know each other better than in the White areas - in particular those exclusive areas with high-rise walls and such.

I live in a white neighbourhood and I know my neighbours well.
