I once called Telkom's directory enquiries to find out a number of a delicatessen in Bantry Bay Cape Town i wanted to get hold of my son who used to work there. I clearly asked the operator for the phone number, after a short while she came back on the line and told me that she does not have a number for the Bantry Bay branch but does have one for the Kimberley branch, now how thick can one actually get? Lmfao. This is the type of service that you can expect from BIG companies these days
