With the Proteas recent success in Australia comes a lot of really bad sportsmen and i don't mean those that actually play the game but those that sit on couches and watch the game on the box. I play a few apps on Facebook and met with some really snide remarks about SA beating the Aussies. If your side is beaten fair and square then make some nice remarks that would be very sporting to do so. I find some Australians to be rather ignorant |

any sport comes jarring and sneering of the opposition fans... it's normal, and hurts to accept your side lost to another side.
but to make it personal then that's another level -------------------- Jou ma se Balhara, I'm classified as a coloured!

I wonder how the authorities will deal with the soccer hooligans from the UK and Europe, they're known to cause pandemonium overseas!!!! |

Today the sport is generally known simply as football in countries where it is the most popular football code. In countries where other codes are more popular, the sport is more commonly referred to as soccer, and indeed is referred to as such in the official names of the governing bodies in the United States and Canada. FIFA, the sport's world governing body, defines the sport as association football in its statutes,[56] but the term most commonly used by FIFA and the International Olympic Committee is football.
From the source of all knowledge, the breaker of ties, the unraveller of truths, the light that shines through the mists of ignorance, Wikipedia. Done. Im in America, and Im told daily that is it soccer and not football. Tell me how often in American football they actually kick the ball? LESS THAN THEY DO IN RUGBY FOR SURE, so I believe football should be called football. Soccer sucks. -------------------- The trouble isn't that there is too many fools but that the lightning isn't distributed right.
