I'm now using 8500GT (nvidiea)
I'm looking for new graphic card
do you think NVIDIEA or ATI is better ?

depends what your budget range is


for a little over 2k a ati's 4850 is the best mid range card on the market

for over 8k then nvidia 295 is the best on the market...

given ATI's 4850 the best value for money

that card can out perform NVidia's 9800gt's and 9600's in most benchmarks

but then it also depends on the size of your monitor and what resolution and what you use the card for.

yeah, gotta agree with fishfly. ATI's 4850 packs a lot of punch for just over R2K. If you game at more than 1280x1024 then look at getting the ATI 4870, also a very good card. but then it all depends on budget and ATI have a firm hold on the mid range (read: budget) cards.
