Wow, looking at the first few pics, I thought, "geeze this is a death trap", but then later on, when I saw the amount of foam this guy used, I'm thinking that this is quite a safe car. I don't know how PU foam would react in an accident, but thinking logically, being foam, it should have great "crumple zone"/ "energy absorption" type behavior.
I'm also pretty sure that stuff is super light weight compared to metals, which means that car must go like a bat out of hell!!!. Where's that "project polo" dude? I'm sure he would love to see this..... |
