Howdy all,

I've recently taken up fishing as my new hobby drunk.gif lol biggrin.gif

Anyone know of good fishing spots for beginners on the east rand or midrand areas?

Also some good/reasonably priced Tackle shops would be helpfull if you know any.

LOL fish i try not to eat fish, hate the stuff. catching them is fun though. to be completely honest i would ***GULP*** try to eat a fish that i actually caught.

reeling a big one in is great and when you're with a group of mates the excitement and thrill is awesome.

I did find a good spot to go to and to my amazement most of my mates wanna join in. Bronkies seems like the best option for now and then maybe a weekend trip to the Vaal is on the plate.
