There was something similar to this somewhere... I think. At least I know I have said somewhere what I prefer and why. In anycase I prefer to date English speaking Ladies. They don't seem to have mood swings as much as Afrikaans ladies, and are sligtly easier to get on with IMO.
Afrikaans ladies, and I have dated a few, are generally more respectful to the guy, until their mood changes that is. -------------------- If at first you don't succeed. Delete all evidence that you even tried!

IMO English girls tend to be very snobbish (i suppose all english people are a bit arrogant)

I got 30% lower grade for afrikaans in matric, so yes, English girls all the way for me. Besides theres always some brandy drinking musclehead rubgy jock attatched to the hot afrikaans girls.

I did well in Afrikaans at school, but it's so much easier to talk in English, and I struggle to have a proper conversation in the language, and I'm really forgetful (I've already forgotten most of what I learn) - so based on that, myself with an afrikaans guy, wouldn't work out so good.

I never really looked at it in that way - since I've never had an Afrikaans boyfriend, I can't really speak from experience and say which would be worse. But, I can say which logically wouldn't work, but now I've clearly been proven wrong.

I have never been out with an afrikaans girl, but from the friends I have had, other than the big dad with a shotgun, I dont see too much of a difference.

I mostly dig afrikaans chicks. I think they're hawt!
But Mostly because I'm afrikaans myself. I agree that english chicks can be a bit snobby. Afrikaans chicks can cook. (go ahead, call me old fashioned...) Also, IMHO, eng's are a bit more slutty. But that can be a good thing too.
